Domains Overview
Configure email and web domains for your organization
Lumail.io uses two types of domains to power your email marketing:
Email Domains
Send emails from your own domain (e.g., [email protected]) instead of a shared domain. This improves deliverability and brand trust.
Web Domains
Serve your capture pages on a custom domain (e.g., pages.yourdomain.com) for a seamless brand experience.
Click Domains
Reuse a verified web domain for tracked clicks, opens, and unsubscribe links. This is the real reputation fix; the shared Lumail fallback is only for orgs that have not set one.
Domain Limits
Your plan determines how many domains you can add. Both email and web domains count toward your total domain limit.
